Newport, Oregon

Once while teaching English abroad, I gave a presentation titled “My Favorite Place in the World.” I spent the lesson sharing photos and stories I’d collected from a lifetime spent visiting Newport.

I’m honored to share with you our family story of how this beach hideaway came to be, and why we keep coming back. Five generations have enjoyed our condo over the course of nearly a half century. Here, we share our story and offer you our personal recommendations, in hopes you will also fall in love with Newport, and come back again for more.
