This project features refugees residing in Austria. The photos are coupled with a video that was created for the Open Air Diaclip Show, hosted by The Academy of Applied Photography Graz. "In Flight" aired at the Kasematten venue in Graz, Austria on a 24 square meter screen in May 2012 to a crowd of approximately 800 spectators. This project reflects aspects of refugee life, raising themes of hope, isolation, home, transition, and happiness.
